   9 Sep 1934 – Mrs. Amanda McCawley died age ninety-two years broke hip.

 12 Sep 1934 – Miss Mary Walters killed on Mt. Crawford road.

   5 Sep 1934 – Came home from Hospital  ninety-six days there.

   3 Sep 1934 – Dr. E.B. Miller came Home.

    1 Sep 1934 – Lelia takes Jett’s child. Rachel.

    9 Sep 1934 – Mrs. Conrad Davis new baby girl.

    2 Sep 1934 – Conrad Stone laid at U.B.C[hurch].

       Sep 1934 – Grace Workman operated on.

  15 Sep 1934 – Give a check on First N[ational] Bank.$200.00.

    5 Sep 1934 – Luther Meadows operated on.

  21 Sep 1934 – Mrs. Gilbert Plum new baby.

  2 Oct 1934 – Mrs. Russell Baugher new baby boy nine and one-half pounds.

  3 Oct 1934 – Mr. Tildon Downs died age fifty-seven years.

  5 Oct 1934 – Guy came to see Dr. Miller. [Guy Monger was her sister, Lelia Davis Monger’s brother-in-law.]

  7 Oct 1934 – Mrs. Eligh [Elijah] Meadows died age seventy-four years.

     Oct 1934 – Mrs. Edna Stonebarger new baby.

     Oct 1934 – Ash about window in church. [Evidently, Miss Lottie chose Ash wood to surround a new window in her church.]
